Milk Jugs
You know how hard it is to find a good lactation picture that isn't anime? Sheesh! This is a really old one, too. It's also the last one 'til Monday! ^_^

As for looking for lactation themed pictures outside anime, I agree, it's insanely difficult. I've only found a handful of images that use it in a good-looking and tasteful manner, but there is a good deal of breast sucking to be found on the net that serves as a usable substitute if you work at it in the story ;).
Yeah, most of the non-anime pictures I've seen took it more in the 'degraded cowgirl' direction than I really like. The anime doesn't really bug me, but I know a lot of people really don't like it much.
